I started my first online shoping from this site. My friends suggested me and when I thought to buy from this site some people of my college said this is not good site to buy they do not provide us original products and some said they dont give nice customer services after u bought the product.
But when I bought my shoes from flipkart they delivered the product next day and the product was nicely packed and shoes were 100% original.
They provide great customer service. prices of products are the best on internet.
On of my friend brought nexus 6 but there was some issue but when he complained about it, they replaced the phone in 2 days.
But I dont like the thing that sometime they take too much time to deliever. like 5 to 6 days.
overall its a very good and trusted site but still needs some improvements.
