My friend ordered a shoes select payment COD, but after 2 days message comes that your order is canceled due to no response, is the way they deal, no call comes from flipkart & only email for cancelling the order, If they wants to contact us, they can also make call, how they can reject order it is not edible. Flipkart experience is not good, with us, I also recommend that use another site instead of flipkart which service seems bad in the senario of Customer dealing. Flip cart management needs to be thinked for better service offer as well train their staff for better custmer dealing.
Management of this company is excellent and we request them to interven and do the required changes in terms of client servicing industry respect to in eqaual ratio to profit and service.
So that following services should be enhanced as per following.
- Same Day Guarantee and In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery options are relative to your delivery location's pincode. These options may not be available in all pincodes.
So, check on the product page if these options are indeed available in your location. Also, check for applicable cut-off times to get your orders delivered within the promised time.

Orders placed with the Same-day Guarantee(by 12PM) option reach your doorstep the very same day.
In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery orders will be delivered by the next business day. Please check for cut-off time to place an In a-Day order.
- In case our courier partner is unable to initiate the Same-day Guarantee/In-a-day Guarantee within the promised time, we will remit the shipping charges borne by you to your Flipkart Wallet. This is refundable.
Additionally, under our Money-back Guarantee we will deposit twice the shipping charges borne by you to your Wallet. This can be used towards any purchases on Flipkart and is non-refundable.
Please note that the Money-back Guarantee does not hold if the address and pincode provided are not correct or nobody is present at the address to collect the shipment.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, the delivery charge will be collected as part of the order.
