Friends, My daughter ordered a Car cover for my Skoda Rapid . The cover is displayed in flipkart and the figure is matching with my requirement. The order ID. was OD:302501890090261201. The code No. of the product is RF1021 GREY/RF.
The item was delivered on 04 Apr 2015 at my Bangalore residence. Immediately on receipt, the packet was opened and tried out the cover with my car. I was surprised to observe that the cover was not made for my car Skoda Rapid. There was no provision in the cover for roof antenna and side view mirrors which is visible in the flipkart ad. Against a complaint lodged by us, Flipkart collected the item from my residence. They were not ready to refund the amount and promised to replace.
The new item was delivered on 14th Apr. But the same type of defective cover only delivered, The cover is of no use to me. Till date they have not taken back the defective cover. I left Bangalore on 27th Apr and will return only on 12th May 15. I feel I lost my money. Friends, be careful purchasing items through online unless you are lucky throughout your life.
