FIRST SHIPPED PHONE


I've purchased lenovo 7000 Order ID: OD102655221170631600. And received defective product




  1. Damaged display panel




  2. Defective camera






Have logged complaint two days back(scheduled to resolve issue by today) did not received any confirmation on replacement so far. Kindly do needful at earliest. Replacing with quality product or else replace with another product

With all respect, it is utterly frustrating as well embarrassing for me to write to you again and again for the defective products I am being delivered. Please, try to understand I do not wish to trouble you without a cause, all I request is, you please send me a decent working product


I understand from reviews of this phone that it is having troubles like heating issues / getting hanged / camera quality / charging and battery backup et cetera. I do not mind other things, but all I expect is at least the basic functionality should be properly working


I do not wish to write reviews on your website as I did earlier which gives wrong impression of you and product this definitely is issue with manufacturer, but sure you share responsibility of delivering quality checked product


phone I received is having defective speakers which do not play any sound in any volume level other than the'highest'


I hope you would appreciate my understanding of technicality of gadgets and stop bothering me about'how the product is not functioning?''did I troubleshoot it?''or if I even know how to raise volume in phone? and please be comfortable about inconvenience caused to me, which infact did happen


I understand, what I paid is a puny amount in front of business you make but, I sure deserve a decent product for that amount of money. Please, all I request is send me quality checked properly functioning product.


Repeated THIRD REQUEST


I was told that by today 7 pm my request for replacement would e addressed by counter check defect with my phone / device, which very sure is hardware related(audio / sound / speaker not working) this is THIRD time date has been extended, and SECOND time I am asking replacement of defective product. My REPEATED calls are not being answered at your customer care urging to resolve this issue at earliest
