SCAM OF OPEN BOX DELIVERY. Review on Flipkart

I ordered & prepaid for Samsung smartphone online and at the time of placing the order, it showed a heading written in bold letters saying " REST ASSURED WITH OPEN BOX DELIVERY" and later after waiting for more than 6 hours to get this delivered, the delivery guy was in a hurry along with that he denied to open it in front of me, and was very rude to me. He just wanted to get the OTP and leave the product as if it was some sort of a time bomb, and if he will stay for just a few more mins it will blast. Flipkart delivery agents are just goons dressed as delivery guys.

I would like to take examples of various other companies like Amazon, Big Basket, Zepto & Shopsy. Even if you buy a 100 Rupees cable from them, they patiently wait for you to open and verify your product whereas Flipkart just wants you to blindly trust them with whatever they sent you inside the packaging.

This will definitely be my last product that I ever bought from Flipkart.

Despite of mentioning "REST ASSURED WITH OPEN BOX DELIVERY" when you connect with customer service, they will also state the same thing that your product does not allow Open box delivery, then I would like to know why is it written on the site , to be relaxed with open box delivery.

PLEASE DON'T TRUST FLIPKART WITH OPEN BOX DELIVERY, cause in their company there is no such thing as open box delivery.

They just want to grab your money and leave you with an empty box with stones, as far as I understand cause otherwise if a company is 100% confident about the product, they are selling why would they deny you to open the box during the time of delivery.
