I had ordered (OD21208161134) and paid for a book that was no easily available. I tracked it on the web site. The very next day it reached Jogeshwari hub but I kept getting false notification that customer was not available when in fact courier did not go there at all nor contacted the recipient who was available 24 hrs at home. I contacted their help desk, checked the address, found correct, gave additional mobile number and was assured it would be delivered immediately but was astounded to see the same notification next day.
I again contacted help desk and asked why false entries were being made in the tracking website. Courier actually did not go to the address, did not contact either of the mobiles and I really do not know when the prepaid book will be delivered. I have decided never to use this website. This was my first and the last time.
