I recently purchased an item on flip kart. The website is good and user friendly. Covers a lot of items and do not need to browse too much. The booking process and customer service is excellent and so is the delivery process. The payment modes available are too good to be true! The cash-on-delivery model adopted by Flipkart has proven to be of great significance since the credit card and net banking penetration is very low in India . All in all a very good enterprise.
Hope they maintain their high standards!
