Hi,
if I compare flipkart with other e-commerce site, I think this site is much better than the others because it provides the products to the cutomer with assured label. I did not find this facility on any other site.
-Customer Service
customer service of Flipkart is good if you order something you do not have to follow a long procedure. its very simple to buy products from flipkart.
-Product Quality
as I said product quality is good of flipkart products. but I suggest you to buy only those product that have "assured label" with it.
-Delivery Timeliness
well if we talk about delivery time, tou dont have to wait much if you order something from this site. it will reach at your doors with in 4-5 days
-App & Website
app & website of flipkart are very user friendly. you dont have to face any difficulty if you want to purchase anything. the best this of the website is that it provides many products with "assure" label
the products you purchase from flipkart are very reliable in the comparison of those products that you purchase from any other e-commerce website
