On 23rd October I had purchased Flipkart Assured two Infinix Laptops ( Two diffrent orders) .
1.Infinix INBook X2 Plus Core i3 8Gb/512 SSD. 15.6 inch display
2.Infinix INBook X2 Plus Core i5 8Gb/512 SSD. 15.6 inch display.
Both the Laptops were defective. Both Laptop have Defective display. Back Light bleeding ( Getting White light from Corners of the display)

The Flipkart is selling under quality products. In the nane seller policy they are not giving refund for Defective priducts. For Higher margins flipkart is cheating the customers. Amazon is customer friendly Genuine. Flipkart is cheating the people.
Dont buy Valued products from flipkart. Worst retun policy. I am wating for refund for almost one month. Ordered date 23 Oct 22 now today 21Nov 2022. One month completed. Today I called customer care. I got answer as "we are esacaltiing the issue.
My suggesion is Go for amazon . they are genuine people not like flipkart. Refund policy of Amazon great. With in 7 days you will get refund.
