So here's my honest review on Flipkart based on my own experience after using it for about 5 years now.
Overall Flipkart is reliable and does a really good job when it comes to delivering products and collecting replacements quickly. There have been a few cases when I had to seek for replacements but they were mostly products of less value(INR 500 or less) but they were either replaced or refunded, I'd like to also say that Flipkart does give refunds really fast even before collecting the product, now I'm not really sure if that's because I have Flipkart Plus membership because previously I used to get my refunds a bit late( after the product to be returned was collected) but you can be sure that you will get your refunded amount no matter what.
As for products of high value( 5000INR or more) I have never ever faced any problems, I have 3 phones ordered from Flipkart and all 3 were fine all worth more than 10000.
The worst case I faced was when I ordered 2 Motul chainpaste tubes and one of them had a missing cap and there was no return available, Although I could have called and exchanged it but I didn't as it was unused and I was sure of it.
