I have been a regular customer with Flipkart , of late the experiences I have had with 2 of my orders reaching late along with the extremely rude behavior from the call centre executives is making me believe that Flipkart has lost the plot, and will soon lose its customers too!
My consignment was supposed to have reached me by the 12th this month, when I did not recieve it till the 19th, I tried to track it on their website which had no information on it, then I called the customer 'service' the executive I spoke with ( named Ravi) had the gall to tell me its too bad I'm informing flipkart late about not receiving the order, he kept talking over me and asked for 72 hours to track my order which is anyway delayed by a week!!Does it really take flipkart guys so long to even figure out where the order went????When I asked for a supervisor I could speak with , he promptly told me that there is no supervisor on shift , that the supervisor would only come in the morning ( really????they have a night shift call centre operating with callous executives and NO supervisors????)I told him I will hold the line as long as it takes for the supervisor to come on a call, after keeping me on hold for 20 minutes Ravi only came back to tell me that he will arrange for a call back and hung up on me since he has other customers to attend to and cant keep holding the line.
I would like to understand what kind if training is provided to flipkart service executives to treat their customers in this fashion, also why are they wasting their money employing supervisors if they are never on shift ( since I have had a similar experience with their call centre for my previous order too) or to busy to actually attend to customers????
I left a complaint on their website and wrote to their CEO who am sure must be vacationing in some exotic location on the planet with the customers' money he has taken for putting out such shoddy service!!
I got a call from someone from flipkart the next morning and was told my order would take another 24 hours to get delivered, I did not receive it till the evening of the next day and called the courier service directly to follow up, they said it would take 24 hours more to deliver.It took individual follow up from my side with the courier service who had the package lying with them since the 15th of this month but hadn't delivered, and flipkart could least bother if the order had been received by their customer!!!No one from Flipkart checked on this day to see if one of their obviously dissatisfied customers had actually got a service delivery, if I had not called the courier service myself, the order would still have been lying in their godown.
This is just plain ridiculous, I don't part with my money to be treated like this and dont intend returning to this stupid website!!!
