Flipkart is one of the best e-commerce website if not the best.
Its one of the largest e-commerce website in India.
According to me the only e-commerce website which can compete with it is AMAZON.Flipkart and Amazon have good coustomer service at least according to my user experience.But in this case I would give the slight edge to Amazon.I found Snapdeal to be the worst in customer service.
In shipping speeds too flipkart is nice. Coming to the prices and discount NO WEBSITE GIVES U DISCOUNTS. The rates are as same as market rates. But the pro is that u have to sit back in ur home and there's no need to go shopping outside.
Coming to design and usability Flipkart is well designed but now they are bending more towards the app which personally annoys me.Also the product description is adequate comparing with others but increasing it would be highly appreciated. And I at the final reckoning I would suggest that it is a very good shopping website and trust me guys I am using it for quite some time now I have never ever had a bad experince with flipkart and I love shopping form there.Also I do use Amazon.
