Iam basically an online shopper. I can be called as an addict as for the past 3 years. As we all know in online shopping everyone prefer either amazon or flipkart as both their services are satisfying. Now let me compare among this two.
Online website -
I personally prefer Flipkart as the interface in flip kart is so good when conpared with amazon. Once we open the site we feel like buying things. On the other hand the interface in amazon is not at all satisfying. They are with their years old same design.
Items ordered-
I have ordered more than 100s of things from flipkart from a simple pen to even fridge. The items were delivered on date they said. Also ones I found a defective item and I returned it and all those process didnt took much of my time. Moreover in flipkart while we order dresses there are correct detailing about the sizes which I couldn't find in amazon.
Delivery-
I was pretty much satisfied with the delivery which was on time. As soon as the product reached my locality I was called in the morning and was said the product will be delivered by afternoon. While in amazon they call us suddenly. Sometimes we may be not home or may be sometimes not even in the place.
Overall I felt Flipkart is one of the best online shopping app I had ever visited. Thanks Flipkart.
