Ref OD329359630870544100. Unfortunately, I placed an order on 8 October around 10:30 AM on Flipkart for my new mobile Motorola Edge 40. I paid for it via my card and they confirmed the order with Ref OD329359630870544100.
I was advised on tracking info that item is expected to be delivered on 17th October, I was aware that it will take till 17th due to the high volume and low capacity of Flipkart to fulfil orders on time. However, on 17th it stated that out for delivery there was no sign of delivery.
Guess what? It didn't arrive on the 18th either, today on 19th of October, after being kept on hold for 45 minutes after being disconnected while being on hold for 30 minutes I was given another fake promise that it would be with me by 7 PM.
It is now 7:30 PM and I am sceptical that it will deliver ever, I feel that I am being manipulated and my consumer rights are being taken for granted, feel that my order is getting delayed due to me being a woman and not being a Flipkart Plus customer.
I have some friends who ordered the same product later than me but have the product with them before on the same address, which shows that customers without Flipkart plus hold no value especially when there are women.
It is a nightmare dealing with them on chat and they are not aware about any depot address where I could go and collect my mobile. Pathetic company awful service, seems I am wondering what sin I committed that I am ordering from Flipkart.
My money is stuck and I don't have my order.
@Flipkart is biting more than they can chew as they cannot fulfil orders on time. Please note that I will be posting this to all social media available to me and make sure this scam is escalated to the consumer forum.
I thought Flipkart's services would get better after getting bought by Walmart but seems I was wrong and this is how Walmart operates, shameful. When I was on a call with the Manager whose Name was Vinay after waiting on line for 45 min he finally answered my call and advised me the same what I was advised by his other three junior colleagues in the last two days, he advised exact the same to wait till 7PM and said that it will be delivered by 7 PM. I was wondering, being a manager at least he must be helpful than his junior.
I do not have extra time like Flipkart to chase every now on then delivery for goods I paid for in good faith, for me time is money and guess what now it is 7 PM on 19th October and there is no sign of delivery, Flipkart are you running some sort of racket?
Can you confirm if you have taken more orders than products with you? Are you really so greedy and my consumer rights have been abused each and every moment, I would like to notify that if anything happens due to this stress and failed efforts, I will hold Flipkart responsible for it.
I have paid using my hard-earned money for a product that I like but this will be my last order via Flipkart due to the company's greed and biased services for women non-plus customers.
Will Flipkart compensate me for the time I have wasted on my work? Will Flipkart compensate me for lying 3 days straight for delivery before 7 PM?
Now I know how your competitors are always better than you in terms of services and fulfilment of orders, and so one of the riches in the world, I wanted to order 3 more mobile phones but I am sorry I will be giving that opportunity to some company that is not running a scam.
Multiple times on call I was made to feel that being women they can't give me the depot address and cannot provide delivery until 19th Oct even after it was promised for 17th Oct latest.
You know what, I have 9 working hours of shift in which I wasted my whole day chasing them regarding any delivery my day was waited, my time, I have been mentality tortured by them.
