5. Week end dates with the most beautiful women on the earth .( Notice: Only weekends, on other days I am busy with MS)

   
   

Well, these are the Five simple Gifts I  Would Like to Receive!

Sounds preposterous? Huh?

Nahhhhhh! Simply joking!( But some where in my heart I secretly desire all these) Blush .Blush .

I have often read “ Its not the gift but the thought that matters ”

I agree . But ponder over this incident!

Just the other day my over jealous boss gifted me with a booklet titled “ All My Thoughts” .

The “ not so attractive cover ” and the layout suggested that it was from a very local & ordinary publishing house.

To my horror I found that the author was none other than my boss himself.

I have had the unfortunate experience of reading some of his scribbles( which he insists on calling “ Thoughts ”.

I choked & gulped and managed to squeak a “ Thank you very much for your kind thoughts  ”.

I could see that he was immensely pleased.

He misunderstood the horrified looks on my face as signs of being overwhelmed with emotions, gave me a huge hug(which nearly suffocated me to death) & said “ I always knew that you are a connoisseur of good stuff….Goutom  & that’s the reason I have given this book for you to read and appreciate my thoughts!”

It then dawned on me that I don’t have much choice & that it is actually not the gift but the thought/s( of my boss) that matters!

On a serious note, the  Five Gifts I Would Like to Receive:

1.Good perfumes / After Shave lotions: Makes me heady & supremely confident.( Don’t worry! No B.O problems here!) I particularly like Drakkar Noir  & Polo Sports.

2.CDs / Audio Cassettes  :  Being a music addict, this gift suits me fine! Since the distance between me and poverty isn’t much & also that the CDs & Cassettes are expensive, its always good to get them as gifts. Brings a smile to my face .( MSians …are you getting my ‘ not so subtle  ’ hints? huh? huh?)

3.Books: I am an avid reader and for the same economic reason( distance between….) these days I prefer to get books as gifts . I am a little embarrased to admit that I don’t mind magazines either( Wink! Wink!)

4.Flowers: This is an all encompassing  thought conveyer. Not only does it brighten up my day but also makes my living room look brilliantly bright. Flowers almost always lifts my spirits . It is almost as if God  has sent me his blessings through somebody.

5.A kiss & a hug from my only son, Micky: All gifts fade into oblivion in front of the gift I always cherish .*A hug from my son, * when I am least expecting one! A sensitive brat, my son, he has this uncanny ability to gauge my ever depressed moods( what with Bosses like the ones I have!)

So guys ….you know what to get for me when we meet in person! Don’t ya?

Ha Ha Ha!

P.S: Just to let you in to my Boss’s book …. The preface ran something like this:

I am a man .

& I know I can

write my thoughts

which will be liked by lots.

I know I am good

Whatever be your mood

Excitement will creep

Or at worst you will go to sleep, *!
