Every fan of her knows(or should know) that she always sings the best for Nadeem- Shravan. Selecting just five songs from her numerous blockbusters is anything but easy. But I did try to select. They are:

1. Der Se Hua Par Pyaar To Hua(Solo)

Pure magic this one. This song fills my heart with joy. The song I always listen to whenever my mood is off. Bet most of u wouldnt have heard of this song/movie. Alka is at her best. So are Nadeem-Shravan and Sameer. Simple lyrics/soothing music/soothing voice. All these combine to give one of the best romantic songs EVER(Yes. EVER).

1. Zindagi Ko Bina Pyaar Koi Kaise Guzaare(Solo)

Again, a deadly combination makes this song a masterpiece. This song asks how one can live without love. Sameer doesnt know about me then. Lol. Alka is excellent.

3. Aksar Is Duniya Mein(Solo)

Yep. Again the same combo. The music is enchanting. Alka is terrific throughout but is awesome when she goes aa. aa. aaaa. aaaaaaaaa .aa. towards the end of the song.

Haunting music matches Alka's voice perfectly. Alka deserved a Filmfare for this one(and Nadeem-Shravan too.). Another great romantic song.

This song really brings peace to the mind. Its the opening song of the movie. I always make it a point to see this song whenever this movie is scheduled to be shown. Too good to be missed.
