This review on the Best Hollywood movies is supposed to get more vampirical as it progress, so please be patient! Coming to the vampire movies, there is a lot of history in the case, and there are lots of movies based on the dark creatures, but only a few of them had been impressive, and you need to be really careful about choosing them. Just check out the following conversation for more details.
Dracula: Welcome, I think you are that guy who writes under a weird name in ms. You should have chosen some common names like Nosferatu, Lestat, Armand or Launcelot. Anyways, sit and watch the bloody TV, its quite interesting. It will refresh your mind, especially after those Anne Rice fans following you, pleading to make them vampires!
Diver: Bloody TV? We don't get that channel in India! This is a Transylvanian vampire channel? Never heard about it! Is this the effect of some kind of Chicken flu?
Dracula: I have seen an ad involving a freak called Shahrukh Khan in one of the Indian channel. But I am not drinking Pepsi, but blood shake right now. Come and have a glass of the great drink! It will refresh your vampire heart!
Diver: But, I am not a vampire yet, I am here only to ask you about the best Hollywood vampire movies. I hope that you get Star Movies and HBO here.
Dracula: Well, I do get those dumb channels. But most of the movies are tragic, look at the way in which the poor evil people get beaten up in the end. Anyways, you are here for an Interview? That takes me back to Interview With The Vampire. I think that you might have seen that movie already, as you have already written a highly vampirical review on that already. I was so touched after reading it, that I replaced one bottle of blood with sauce!
Diver: But, I thought I wrote that review for human beings, but its OK if a great person like you want to read it. Did that movie impress you? You are a Tom Cruise fan or something? Or does he supply you with coffins?
Dracula:(a bit angry) You know, most of the movies and books depicted the vampires as the blood su*king villains, but Brad Pitt plays a decent vampire. I personally hate him, because he is poor at the blood drinking custom and he never had as much hair as you have. The story shows him as a poor guy who is given the immortal life of the vampires. He never deserved to be a vampire, as he had lots of love left for the humans. He was even unfit to drink blood from the humans. He needs to know that blood doesn't cause the worst morning breath! To add to it, instead of being represented by Tom Cruise, I would prefer Arnold, atleast we both are hunks!
Diver:(hiding behind the couch) Dracu bhai, its OK. It is only an adaptation of Anne Rice's work, and it is the kind of book which makes people love vampires. I know that you don't like that word, but it has given a lots of popularity, this is the movie which gave me a certain amount of love for the vampire movies. You seems to be upset, may be you should finish that Blood Shake before it loses its taste, and get into the second best vampire movie.
Dracula: Well, there is another one called Vampire Journals, it doesn't have much of a star value, but it is another touching movie. After watching this movie, I cancelled all transactions with the blood bank. But the movie makers could have told me if they wanted some good looking stars, as a vampire movie without Dracula is never complete. In this movie, this guy wants to take revenge on the ones who made him a vampire. He translates the immortality of vampires as a curse, and he even starts a journey on a mission to destroy his own kind! This is what happens when you get something you are not worthy of.
Diver: There were some nice quotes in the movie -'I am god’s most desolate creature. A vampire with a mortal’s heart. I destroyed the one who spawned me and I have sworn to destroy his entire bloodline. the ones who stole me from the warmth of the sun’’. Sounds interesting, doesn't it?
Dracula:(Standing up) Well, I have some problems in understanding these quotes after being nailed by that bloody idiot called Van Helsing! Did you see that movie? It teams me up with so many stupidic creatures, but I loved that movie because the heroine of the movie died! That brings me something to cheer about!
Diver:(Holding onto the cross) You sounds too sadistic! She was too good to die, and you died in the end too, you should be sad about atleast your own death! Being immortal doesn't mean you can dance around dead bodies suc*ing blood?
Dracula:(Sharpening his teeth) Mr.Diver, you are standing here only because the Holy Symbols have become more fashionable. Don't ever try to question a vampire's legacy. Your problem is that you are watching the movies like Blade. It shows some freaks cutting off the vampire heads. How can they do that to vampires, they are so cute na? And it is not that easy to kill a vampire. The only good thing about that movie is that it got lots of blood flowing like a river and I love it!
Diver:(Looking at the Blood Shake) I think you should rather name the last movie so that I can leave. Dracula? It has got your name as the title, I thought it would be your favourite. And you can also show some respect to your creator Mr.Bram Stocker.
Dracula: It is one of my favourite movies, but I think it can share the spot with The Underworld, its a different and stylish attempt. Vampires and Werewolves always make a good combination, even if a few of them wants to me beat me up for not giving them 10% of the blood I drink, which is their quota.
Diver: So you are having problems with quota and reservations too. If you need my help, do let me know, I can make the things worse for you, atleast I love vampires too! You are my favourite vampire and you are as freaky as I am!
Dracula:(Looking at the clock) That gives me another reason not to drink your blood, now you may take your leave as its already past midnight and I need to start diving into a few human beings. I will soon be leaving for watching the upcoming Beach Volleyball match, as they have finally agreed to conduct one at night. You can come here whenever you want, but make sure that you leave that cross home when you dive, I will certainly give you the boon of immortality!
