I am here to tell you about one particular team that I worked in and if by any chance you’re being interviewed for that team, just pass the opportunity and look for something better. Nothing about FIS but just Corporate Systems.
I worked with FIS for three years in Corporate Systems under the manager named Vxxxl Pxxxxy. He is one of the worst persons in any corporate industry, let alone a manager.
His management style revolves around his ego, favouritism and his biased behaviour.
If by any chance, you have a spine and you have a different working style than him, then you automatically land into his bad books and he will make sure you feel miserable working there.
He would have one perspective about you and no matter how good you are in your work(if the on-site counterparts praise your work), he would keep on blabbering that you are a poor resource.
He would pass outrageous comments whilst being at a team outing and if you put a stop to him, then you are in trouble.
His managers are easily manipulated by him since they are not working from the same location.
He and his team of spineless favourites usually consume alcohol during the working hours and abuse every now and then during the working hours.
The environment in Corporate Systems under Vimal is not at all healthy. He creates conflicts between resources for them to go to him asking for help which in return he would claim it was his favour on you.
He boasts his position and practices dictatorship in the team.
It is highly recommended not to work with this horrendous person as you might keep questioning yourself for what you never did.
