I have ordered diapers from firstcry.com on 24th Oct, 2013. I paid the money through credit card. At the website it is mentioned that it will reach with-in 2 to 4 working days. The product has reached Bhubaneswar on
28th Oct, 2013. But it was not delivered to my house which is in the same city for 3 days. I had to buy the diapers with lesser number of pads from outside market paying more money.
I called customer care center to know the exact delivery status on 29th Oct, 2013. The executive told me it will reach on 30th Oct, 2013 by 7: 30 PM which is already a overdue date. Then after calling again to customer service officer on 30th Oct, 2013 to know the status of delivery the customer care executive told me that the product will be delivered on 1st Nov, 2013. This is really ridiculous.
Then I decided to cancel the order because the other vendors provide the same service keeping up the commitment. Then I realized that I will get the refund after 8-10 working days where as other vendors refund the money with-in 24 hours: -( .
I have not even received the confirmation of cancellation from firstcry: -( .The service is really poor and decided not to buy any product from firstcry in future and as well advice my friends not to order anything from this website. Please beware of firstcry and don't pay them money in advance.
Always order the product with cash on delivery: -)
