One kind advice to everyone is not to have any kind of transaction with First flight couriers. First of all they should change their company name. Its very funny that they have flight in their name. Their service is not worth even to have cycle in their name. I had worst experience with them two times. Actually I ordered some product online. They shipped the product on 5th Dec'12. But I didnt receive the product until 18th December. When I checked their site for status it tells funny things. I have attached the snapshot of their status update for the consignment.
They are mentioning status like "Political disturbance/Bandh, Bad weather and finally saying that Party is not available". To my knowledge there were no political disturbance or bandh and the weather was also very good only. The worst thing is they didnt contact me at all but they say Party not available. I only contacted them numerous times and everyday they promised it will be delivered. Even I asked the courier person who came from First Flight he also assured to deliver it.
But both the times the product was never delivered and returned to origin so I was in a position to cancel the order and request for refund. Because of this worst service I lost my interest and confidence in shopping online. They are really irritating people. So I request online sellers not to ship any product through First Flight couriers else your reputation will be spoiled.
