My shipment containing a simple welcome kit is missing since last 2 weeks. Their tracking system do not show the item from day one and until now(18th Feb onwards).
Their customer service people have no clue. Their overseas people blame Chennai office. Chennai customer service is most unfriendly and non committal, they keep on putting you on hold and ask you to write mails(that possibly no one will respond to). Chennai asks to contact Singapore, Singapore passes it on to Chennai and it continues forever.
Finally when I got hold of their head of customer care(Chandrakala+91 9320339251), she mentioned that the item is under custom clearance and it was also levied some INR 2944 customs duty(!). And the same excuse continues.
Its been 2 weeks and the item has not reached me and it still does not show in their tracking system. Their head of customer service goes silent when asked for tracking details. They have no competence or right to handle international shipment or may be even domestic courier(as I can see in many reviews here)
Wonder how they still have their license. Don't go because they are cheap, they are cheap because they have no idea of handling cross-border shipments.
Expect ultimate disrespect, harassment and extreme stress and losses if you chose them. They should be banned and prosecuted. All who suffered and suffering now must come together and file a class suit against them, now.
Added on 4th March:
Their head of Customer service Chandrakala(+91 93203 39251) has stopped responding. I spoke to their representative in Singapore and she mentioned that Chandrakala has stopped responding to her as well. In fact the mail that their Singapore associate has sent to Chandrakala(one of the top leaders) and other senior leaders in the corporate HO in Mumbai including CEO/MD/Owner is not getting response. How this people are still in business?
Time to ask Mr. Modi for government intervene and justify that doing business in India is easy and will be easy in future.
Time to take them to the court of law for our right.
Time to make social media stop them getting any more businesses(and put people to misery).
Time to boycott all online companies using First flight as a service provide.
Time to break our silence and stop tolerating conducts like this.
Else it stays where it is and we become part of the crime.
