I had previously experienced bad service from First Flight Courier company so I had stopped using it around 10 years ago. They didn't deliver my letters on time and misplaced it a couple of times. Almost everytime, the letter or package looked like it was opened and checked(despite declaration at the time of booking). They didn't even accept their mistake and showed me some clause that restricted their liability to refunding the cost of courier.
Recently I had ordered a product on a retail website and the website dispatched the product through this fraud courier company. A few days later, I received a notification from the website confirming that product was delivered to me and they wanted my feedback.
I was shocked because I never received the product. When I obtained the tracking number from retailer and checked First Flight tracking system, it showed that product was delivered to some person whose name I don't recognize.
It took me some 2 days to finally connect with First Flight customer service. The phone kept ringing but no one had the courtesy to answer it. When someone answered it, they pretended not to understand my complaint. It took over 15 minutes on phone to narrate all the details. At the end, they simply said that they will get back to me. No one contacted me after that.
I wrote several emails to their Corporate and Bangalore Office but looks like no one bothers to check emails also(or they know that they have done some fraud so they don't want to respond).
I feel one must stay away from such thieves. This is a corrupt organization that has no concern for customer's time and money. There is no customer service. I feel the staff are actively engaged in theft and they check each and every package for fancy items or money that can be stolen.
While I am not hopeful of any meaningful settlement for this theft by First Flight courier, I hope this review will help others to stay away from such companies.
