I purchased this smartwatch in July. The packaging and outer finish were passive, but the real surprise came when I started using it after the first charge—the battery lasted less than 8 hours with moderate use (like time, step tracking, etc.), and I wasn't even using features like Bluetooth calling, media, or games.
I decided to test it without Bluetooth connected to my phone, and while the battery lasted a little longer, it still didn’t even last a full 24 hours.
I’ve used similar watches from other brands, and they comfortably last 3-4 days with moderate use. I raised the issue with customer care, but after sending more than 10 emails, no resolution was provided. To my surprise, they unilaterally closed the case. I raised another complaint, but only received lame excuses.
In one of their emails, they admitted the watch is designed to last only 24-36 hours. I also received frequent calls after delivery from Firebolt, pressuring me for a positive review. They were more interested in getting quick reviews, even offering gift coupons (like free movie tickets), but no one cared to follow up on my complaint.
It makes me wonder if the positive reviews truly reflect the value of the product.
To sum it up, unless you're okay with short battery life, I recommend staying away from this product. While the features are decent, don't expect any support when it comes to warranty claims.
