Only a few days ago attracted by zero brokerage. I wanted to open an account with them. Right from the day one of opening account, the problem started, I was unable to upload the bank statements, contacted through chat, they told size could be more than 1.02MB, but the actual file size was 20KB only. one hour went into the chat. finally one staff. dealt with the a/c opening process from their end.


Then started for account credentials. after 48 hours only you would receive.they said. but why then it was a wrongly put-in site, like account opening in 5 minutes. they never replied


When I persisted with repeated chat. they told the exchange punching process is going on. and it took another full day. for me to get login details. Till this day after 6 days. equity segment not activated by them.


then the real problem. I transferred a small amount of Rs 60/- by NEFT, but the amount was not reflecting in my trading account. I contacted them by chat. with all details. the money was not received they say. with all screenshots of money sent. as proof, I again told. after 30 minutes of chat, they told me money received.


Again on the same day. I did three similar transfers 1) Rs 100/ and 2) Rs 100/- and the same response from them. money not received. after showing proofs they told money received, and gave credit to my trading account.


then finally on the day. I transferred Rs 5000/- by NEFT, around 3.45 Pm. even after 12 hours. in the money was not accounted for my trading account. then I raised a ticket. After which they gave credit. What the hell is going? so I sent a mail. to send me closure forms.


But my bad. again the next day, ( 10.04.2020) I tried to send money of Rs 240 /-through ScalperT, the atom gateway. and in the final stage. I got an error message. " The page isn't responding". Thinking that the money has not been sent. I repeated the process totally four times. my bad. at all these times the amount got debited from my account, which I later found in my bank statement. Hence again I contacted the customer support. with all proofs. and send them the same. They reluctantly replied. in one-liner. money not received. Only for this reason. I asked . they responded the same


They never bothered to check . and upon insisting them. they. checked. and this chat continued for nearly one hour. and finally, they said. money received. but when I checked my balance in scalper. they have uploaded the sum of 960( 240 4 times) to my free margin. I demanded that the money should appear in my Balance" and not in the margin.


They told only after 24-48 hours only. the money will be get added to my balance. If this is the case. why then they have not told me during the starting of the chat itself. why then make a prolonged unnecessary dragging discussion.


Point 2. In the Course of Discussion. I asked WHERE IS THE FAQ. IN FINVASIA site, and the customer grievance contact number. for these two questions. they never replied.


Have you seen a site without FAQ.? Only Finvasia can have. Regarding the customer grievance contact number that I asked. they gave only client support mail id. and during this time. I received a call on my mobile. and one female talked in an unclear voice. and in the end, told they WILL NOT GIVE ANY GRIEVANCE CONTACT NUMBER AND ALL. AND hung up.


Fine. I have all the copies of the transcripts. and will produce. if asked for.


So from my experience which I had in the last few days. I WOULD STRONGLY SAY. DO NOT GO FOR THIS BROKER.
