I have worked with Savy Software for more than two years and my analysis about the company is Good things:- As a fresher, I could see the best company in which a fresher can learn, can get his/her academic concepts refreshed and start applying these on the job.
Lot of autonomy skills like teamwork, leadership, is indirectly taught by delegating the responsibilities gradually and monitoring the same. Job satisfaction is high. Channels of promotion and career growth are open for internals. They even don't mind if you want to totally change your stream. Restrictions: strict about attendance and biometrics is strictly followed, No on site Opportunities.
