“I know this because Tyler knows this.”

The first step to eternal life is that we have to die. Individually, we are nothing. And if we have to live in real time, the first thing we need to kill is history. Imagine Jesus would have been right here if we could stop referring him from the historical gospels of truth. Right now, he lives in history. History is always killing us. History left us with pollution, we need to check it. History made religious divides, we need to unite. History left us in piles of sh*t, we need to clean. Remember, history will always own us - as onus to present. We always want the same. That when the entire world around us would crumble, we should be the last ones standing. We want to become living legends. Else, now we are all dead. So, deadly dead!

Durden remembers everything. This insomnia gives him an out-of-body experience. His will to live is amazing. To him, why someone does anything or everything all his life is unknown. He visits support groups just to posses that natural sleep in the smothering darkness of weepy hugs. He always knew how to fake a cry. Thinking of a rejection or death, it comes to him naturally. This natural act would fail in an imposter’s presence. A faker put to another faker knows everything about each other for real. Then, only a turbulent shock could cure this insomniac by injecting narcolepsy. The inner peace will no more need to await guidance from any power animal.

Let me introduce someone. I just met him in Fight Club. He spends his life’s saving onto the things he settled were the last ones that he would ever need. One day, he realized things he owned actually owned him. If you don't know what perfection he seeks for, you might end up sitting on a pile of all imperfect things. He claims that self-destruction is the key for everything. The perfect bliss!

Tyler Durden is perfect. Only in death, we do have names. No introductions until then.

Being alive means being at fight club. Being at fight club means you can’t watch pornography for you should be enjoying sex. At fight club, you trust yourself to handle anything. You invent your own fight club, but

Rule no 1: You don’t talk about Fight Club.

Rule no 2: You don’t talk about Fight Club.

Rule no 7: If this is your first night at Fight Club, you have to Fight.

So, being my first night at Fight Club, I fought. My brain took the damage the most. And, I sat reviewing the book. I saw the movie long back, but that was nothing compared to what emerged out of the book. I lost my power of speech. I can't talk about fight club but can I write? No? Nahin? Two  nos makes one yes. No cancelling No.

When life seems in total order, you have to create disorder to lead a meaningful life. Winning or losing doesn't matter. I tried winning good friends all my life, ultimately to lose them bad to their wives. Pauper has nothing to lose, it’s the Prince who risks everything. I have nothing to lose, so I am risking nothing by sharing. I'll tell you everything what Tyler knows, what Tyler made me to write.

Copy of a Copy of a Copy. . . . . Shhh!

“Worker bees can leave, even drones can fly away, the queen is their slave.”

When your spontaneous action leads to uncontrolled reaction and you cannot figure out what is next, and then you fear your own actions. Great moments of courage lie ahead of big fears. One talks of joys of freedom when he had suffered the pains of bondage. There is always a spiritual depression in our lives. Everything we ever create will be thrown away. Everything we are proud of will end up as trash. There are a lot of things we don’t want to know about the people we love. How we kill them or they kill us is something anew. How everything we ever love will either reject us or die. Only humans need a disaster to resurrect. Animals die in disasters. They do not grow old, rather get killed by powerful animals. Exceptions exist to everything.

Okay, I know what Tyler knows. And I know who this Tyler Durden is. But, the rule is already been written. Space monkeys will hunt me down and wrap a rubber band three times around my esteemed sack. My hallucinations wouldn't last forever. Space monkeys will be gone as soon as I close my eyes in pain. Project Mayhem is a part of everyone’s projection. Living to be dead, someday!

Jokes apart, this is one good, short & old book that you “must” read. Hats Off to the writer – Chuck Palahniuk. Best part, if you have a Smartphone - which I am sure you have - search for it and read it free, on some app. By rule, Fight Club does not charge anything for admission. Written towards the end of 90s, the content is relevant to your age. Its more related to human psychology in the midst of prevalent corporate culture. Every person you meet is trying to be a manager of some sort. Sometimes you want to escape from everything for the mental rut they create. Sometimes, you create a mess yourself which explodes and you lose control over it. Sometimes being a maverick might cost dear. Sometimes two facets of same coin have to fight for their existence. Also, a movie titled Fight Club had been beautifully made. However, the book is “more” better. It will keep you engaged even if you have seen the movie. Warning: Skip Chapter 7 if you’re foodie and suspicious by nature. You cannot live without food, so you must skip it. Best part is non-linear sequencing of events which will roundhouse your own fist and make you create scabs onto your head.

Last thing, before my battery drains out completely, I cannot tell you everything about this book. Your God knows what you feed Him.  And, I cannot feed your God. I am clumsy by nature. Remember, when you or I sleep tonight, Tyler will come to get us both. Rules have been broken! Shhh. They say in Old mines you may find nuggets of Gold, so if you are looking for detailed brochure of this club, go for it.

And, no one should remain in the centre of a Fight except for those involved.

Regarding grammatical mistakes –sorry - they are inherent part of me now. ;) WINK
