This is one of the worst service I ever experienced in my life.
I have ordered a Pillow and got delivered with damage piece and no quality at all. I gave all the details with the images of the product delivered for the refund. When I registered a complaint on 15th Feb they said money will be refunded. From Feb 15th 2020 to till 19th Feb 2020 I kept calling every day for the followup(literally begging them). Today finally I received a mail saying product is delivered and can't refund the amount.
They wont have respect to customer.
I would highly recommend that don't buy any product here, waste of money and respect.
This is not any fake review. I have the complaint number as well 200214-00000346 and the Order ID is 1526801301.
