I have ordered products to be delivered three times from FNP. All three times, the wrong product was delivered. I booked a beautiful printed (expensive) pot but an ordinary dull plain pot was sent. I booked personalised stationary and the name was printed wrong on one of them.
I wrote several emails and several calls to FNP. No proper response. Yesterday I got a call again about a replacement. I thought it was one more namesake call. But they actually sent a replacement for the pen with a mistake. I am happy for that. Thank you FNP. Good job.
