Worst Worst worst Service of Ferns and Petals… I had placed an order for my parents on 10th May for an order to be delivered on 12th May. I had followed up on 11th May and they told that it was all fine and will be delivered between 9am to 9pm since the location was an exterior. HOWEVER, on 12th May Noon when I called to check the status, they started to tell that I have to pay INR 300 more. When I told them that I am not ok with that, the customer service rep first told there is no other way but to cancel. I started nagging about the service and then after speaking with her supervisor, she came and told that she can only get it delivered the next day. My parents anniversary is on 12th and why should I agree for 13th?
Best part, around the same time, my wife too called the CC, and the guy who took her call informed that the delivery guy was out for delivery and it should reach within 2 hours of time [they were in a mood of joking perhaps] So when I called my wife to inform that the INCOMPETENT company cant deliver, she informed that to her the Customer care gave a different story. We then had a conf call with CC and they told it has been cancelled and the amount will take 2 weeks to reflect back in my account.
Now few points here that needs clarification:
1) Is your web site an utter waste(like the first lady told) which doesn’t calculate if there is any extra charge?
2) Should someone from the company not have called me to let me know that my order was on hold? Morons, how would I have known had I not called?
3) Why does all your Customer care rep not have the same info? Does your unskilled team and company need training?
4) Finally, have you ever heard the word call “walk the extra mile”? let me guess, NO….
I compliment Ferns & Petals for screwing my day. Shame on you guys…
