I ordered for a bouquet for my wife's birthday on 28 June for delivery the next day. Considering its a birthday, the bouquet should have ideally reached early morning... it reaches at 7.30 pm!!
And surprise, what they show on the website is a nice pretty bouquet of 20 exotic flowers... what arrives is 10 flowers and that too half bloomed!
I complained to their 'Support team', response received: "... we can send you complimentary bouquet but no refund"! What is the meaning of complimentary my friends?? you charge me Rs. 1599 for something you did not deliver in the right form and right time... and you don't give me a refund... and you call that "complimentary"?
Arey even the delivery boy said this bouquet is worth Rs 500 tops... and you expect me to agree to accept your 'complimentary' piece of rubbish for Rs. 1599?
