I placed an order for a handbag on January 31, 2015. On delivery of the product, I was extremely impressed with the appearance of the handbag and its design and placed other orders at this website.
I started using the handbag only recently and must have used it, on a maximum of 2-3 occasions. I was appalled to note that, the quality of the product is so poor, that the top layer of the bag has already, started peeling off at places with such infrequent use.
I wrote to the customer care team, which informed me that they only replace products which are "unused and within 7 days of delivery". I again, pointed out to them that, clearly that is more suited for product that a customer orders, but for some reason does not like. My mail was to complain about a product, sold by the website, which is clearly of such poor quality, that it starts disintegrating after 2-3 uses! Again, I got the following response: "Based on your query, We would like to inform you that, we have shared your feedback to the concerned department and be assured that we will try our best to provide you better services in future.However, we are unable to accept the return against the order."
To sum up, you can waste money on their products and if they turn out to be of the worst quality, just dump them and be happy with the fact that they have taken a "feedback" to "improve their services in future"!
Needless to say, I am never buying from this site again!
