Me and my friend wanted to go to a pub and found an advertisement which appealed us. We went on third floor and found the ambience was ok.
That place is mainly for drinking.
Upon reaching there we asked for the offer listed below. But the staff said it is 6 or more months old. Despite their mistake they refused to give any offer. The other staff came and he was also not courteous. We wanted to talk to manager who never appeared.
We thought of going with the menu they are having, however their behavior was not good, so we decided to go to other place rather than spoiling mood there.
We just went to china grill, which is on lower floor and found good staff and lower price.
This place is running because of its location.

Customer service - Not good
Ambience - 2 or 3 star. Not bad not good.
