Face book was launched in 2007 something, it was a social chatting website where we can make lots of friends and chat with them like Orkut or any other messenger, But Mark Zukerberg improved it, modified it a lot, we got to post our pictures in this, people around the world started making their accounts in FB, but it’s not merely a social platform now, it has become a platform to discuss social issues, politics, business, economics. At present, from politician to celebrity, from a social worker to rikshaw puller, everybody is having their accounts. Even 100 percent of the companies are having their registered FB pages where we can post our queries and issues.
It has become a good and useful source of knowledge. Whenever I want to see any news, I just type the news channel name and news is on my wall, I remain updated of current affairs because I am following few pages of News channels and papers. When I was preparing banking exams, 90 percent general awareness I updated through FB only. U get a daily link of current affair dose or any kind of info you require, just follow its corresponding pages.
I remain in touch of all of my friends and it keeps me updated about the current lifestyle, news, everything.
