FRANKE FABER INDIA PVT. LTD.(18002093484, ks-customercare.in@franke.com) is cheating, mentally harassing, extorting money from its customers and doing fraud in the name of its free of cost newly purchased, 25 ltr. geyser installation service. This illegal extortion of money and cheating is being done by the network of FRANKE FABER's customer care, service executives, franchisee and area service manager of Greater Noida, U.P.
I was asked Rs600(plus pipes charges extra) for installing newly purchased Faber Geyser Jazz 25v(Faber ticket: DEL0201240149, purchased on Amazon thro. order id: 403-5391142-7206738, order date: 31 Dec. 2023, Delivery date: 02 Jan 2024, Invoice: DL-PNQ2-434436775-2324(INVOICE NO.: PNQ2-3759) on 03 Jan 2024 by Faber customer care and associates through phone numbers: 8080146115(12:40 p.m.), 7982950526(15:28 p.m.) and later when I posted this feedback on amazon, after that, another guy called me, through: 800904xxxx(at 04:06 p.m.), to tell me that the installation is free.
But I had already waited for more than 36 hours for the installation after the delivery and FABER associates asking more money than the local plumber, I opted for outside/local plumber done installation which costed me Rs400+ Pipes charges.
The outside weather was very harsh and cold so I could not have wasted more time or waited for FABER associates to talk sense and install, ASAP, when I fully understood that they were playing delaying, cheating and lying tactics to force me to give them Rs600+ for the free work.
But, interestingly, the Faber customer care also didnt cared to reply me to confirm if the geyser installation is free or not on 02 Jan. 2024 on whatsapp and instead routed others to try to extort more than Rs600 for the installation which was given free of cost by the company.
Now, they are not handing me over the free pipes which come along with the purchase for installation, neither reimbursing the money which I spent on installation, and above all they are threatening to not to honor THE warranty.
