Hi, my flat no is C 1803 in express zenith and I am a resident of express builders. Express builder gives possession but registry bhul jao. No matter whatever you do registry is not possible.Majority of the people in the society are facing the same problem. All their projects are having registry issue.So think well before investing in express builders as ketna bhi bhag lo registry nhin hogi.
