I recently switched from Jio Fiber to Excitel as my internet service provider, paying 7 months of advance rental. Unfortunately, this has turned into a nightmare. My internet services have been down since December 27, 2024, and as of today, January 1, 2025, there is still no connectivity.
I have filed multiple complaints and contacted customer care repeatedly, but each time I am told there are ongoing technical issues in my area and that services will be restored within 2 hours. However, no ground team has visited my location or contacted me directly. Excitel keeps closing my complaints without even verifying if the issue has been resolved.
This situation is incredibly frustrating and has severely impacted my work. I have lost money, feeling completely helpless and scammed. I am genuinely puzzled how this company is still in business.
For the benefit of other potential customers and to document my experience, I am attaching screenshots of all the complaints I have filed.
Stay away from these scam internet providers.
