I have used BSNL bharat fiber, Act fibernet, Jiofiber and Hathway in the past. None of the platforms were that bad even though I had heard some negative reviews about them on internet. So even though I saw some bad reviews of excitel, I thought it would be same and got a connection(as it was the cheapest).
The speed looks good on fast.com. But while browsing, some websites keeps on loading and getting failed. The internet drops every now and then and comes up automatically. And this doesn’t happen once in a while. It happens most of the times.
On my TV as well, sometimes it get stucks, keeps on buffering for 5min and then comes back and work again. It gets very frustrating if it breaks in the middle of a movie/show or if you are doing some focus work and it breaks.
I am too much frustrated now, I am thinking of surrendering it within a month itself even though I have paid for 6months..
I will never recommend anyone to get excitel.
