I am using this vacuum cleaner for the last 3 years and not faced any issues. It is working fine and there is no complaint. Actually I am not interested to buy this product but the marketing executive visited my house for many times and requested me to allow demo. He said it is not mandatory to buy the product. Based on his request I have asked him to give demo and he provided wonderful demo and explained the complete usage of the products since its comes with many accessories and features. he took almost one and half hour to explain the features with demo. He explained all the accessories features and given demo also. Secondly this products comes with life time free maintenance.
I have purchased this product based on his commitment and assurance and it is working wonderful and never raised any complaint till then.
I have purchased this product for Rs.11500 and it is really worth for the amount paid.
Some of the accessories like Grill Cleaner, Flexi Cleaner Set, All Surface Cleaner, Corner Cleaner, Precision cleaner, Aromiser, Floor Carpet Brush, Wet Squeeze, Computer Cleaner. Spray Jar.
Getting this product with all these features are really good, Initially we feel it is very cumbersome to clean our house hold items by using this but once we start experiencing the benefit then we will about the qulity.
Eureka marketing person given one simple demo to show the quality. He cleaned the and bed and shown me how much dust was available in that and I am really surprised to see how much dust was available which we can't see without using this product.
Net weight of this product is 6 KG. We can easily move this product to all our rooms by using its wheel.

Dust capacity is 6 liter dry and 8 liter wet.
Blower capacity is 30 lt/sec.
It is very user friendly and anybody in our family members can easily operate.
Durability is good and I am using this product for the last 3 years without any issue.
Style and Design is good.
I have not called any service and support till now since there is no complaint.
