The water is back to normal hardness after a few months of usage of the softener. It’s just a box you can show your friends.
It does not work at all. The water drains every night giving a feeling that it’s working. But actually there is no ion exchange happening. The salt does not get consumed. The worst part is there is no listing and provision in the eureka Forbes website to log a complain for the softener.
The technicians come , they pretend to clean the clogged pump and they go. The system works for a day or two after that. Then again it’s back to normal hard water.
It’s a complete waste of money. The taps , aquarium and floor of my house have started seeing huge deposits of salt despite paying heavy for the softener.
