I did purchase water purifier Reviva RO recently. With in a span of six months filter stopped working. I had run around to find a technician to get it repaired.
I had to spend half of the purchase amount, i.e., 5k and odd, after few days, post repair, now system has stopped responding and none of them at the call center(Req.ID-0077745991)are bothered to looking at the request its been 3 days since I have raised the request. every time they call they try to give a new request id and tell me it will be looked in to it . Felt like not to buy any of the EF products as I have using most of the their products as they just work fine until product demo and grab money.
I still insist my friendly users not to buy any of they products as they dont respond to you later -
