Eureka Forbes is known to have create market for Water purifiers in India, purely on account of their feet on streets and aggressive sales. The category has seen uplift in urban cities where quality of drinkable market is always questionable .
Sadly, their after sales service sucks. On ground staff is arrogant, does not follow the procedure and has zero attention to detail. Escalation process works as per whims and fancies of seniors.
They change their colors after getting AMC and you are left at the mercy of incompetent employees of Eureka Forbes. Now for as essential item as drinking water, this is too much of a risk and a great inconvenience to face! Their ownership and responsiveness is questionable given the recent harrowing experience we had.
A great brand like Eureka Forbes is losing its sheen, for good, only due to lackadaisical attitude of customer facing employees.
