I live in North Bangalore and it’s the mall I can reach without fighting any manner of serious traffic.Heaven help me.I never thought I’d write such a thing about any mall in Bangalore, but its empty any time of the day or evening that I’ve had the poor fortune of visiting it.
Music is always blaring loud enough not to be able to hear my own thoughts much less my companions’. Probably it’s the replacement for people who never visit the place. It’s good enough for basic shopping, especially if you are in no mood to visit any of the city malls.
But if you are planning a leisurely afternoon or weekend evening of window shopping then don’t care to come here because there are not enough windows to satisfy the needs of an infant much less the veterans of Bangalore’s famed sales.
There are a few ‘dadima ke zamaane ke’ type of stand alone stores accompanied by a few brands like levis, adidas, fabindia……cant think of any other notable ones and so I rest my case. Did someone build it out of charity, coz I sure don’t see how the promoters are making enough money to keep such valuable real estate afloat.
