AVOID at all COST. EVEN FOR FREE. WORST tour operators.
Team of https://esikkimtourism.in are LIARS and CROOKS. They can easily play a victim card and start blaming the customers instead of accepting their fault. All the hotels, drivers and arrangement were CHEAP.
ALL drivers were RUDE and LIARS. We also heard some drivers in Sikkim and Darjeeling take drugs. Also BEWARE, they charge for Nathula Pass and Zero Point even after knowing the places are closed due to weather(they already know prior to the visit).
Rudra in Gangtok and Amit in Darjeeling are cheap and do not know what customer service means. Do not deal with them.
AVOID this tour operator as all cost. This guys are based in Delhi and claim to be based in Sikkim. There are other good tour operators based in Sikkim.
