Equitypandit Financial Services Private Limited is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had no business knowing this firm till I started receiving junk SPAM SMSes from unknown senders.
After receiving too many of them I filed a DND complaint.
My telecom operator refused to take action saying I am registered to receive such SMSes from the sender.
I told the operator that I don't even know who the sender is and I have nothing to do with equity market and never subscribed to any advice.
On this the operator shared the "evidence" of my subscription with this outfit called "equitypandit". My name and phone number was present in a screen shot and a fake email id was written against it.
By faking the data of "reigstered" users systematically they think they have "managed" the DND system. I'll continue to follow up this matter with TRAI and cyber crime branches.
But people who can go to this extent are certainly not good professionals. In fact above tactics suggests they are hardcore cyber criminals. Would advise to stay away.
