As Epson is famous for Dot Matrix Printers and a noble company too. I have used its Dot Matrix for many years trouble free before years back. I was also using Canon 3 in 1 Laser Printer for almost about 10 years. As talking about this product, one cannot find any much minus points.
In detail I wud mention that result is excellent of all the 3 functions. Size of the unit is compact & easy to handle. Its mechanism is also much simple. The unit is not a rugged one; Parts are delicate so one has to be cautious in handling. Speed is also Ok Ok. While starting the printing of a page, some odd sound comes out which I think company should find out some solution for that. Funtion of Copier is a bit tideous as there is no key for number of copies, one has to press the copy key each time to draw a copy.
Epson service deserves 5 star rating. Snapdeal service & packing also deserves 5 star, rates are also competitive compared to the Local Vendors.
But if you are used to a Laser Printer then there are many cons compartively. Such as a Laser Printer is more of a professional touch. The sharpness of printing is more obtained in a LP, especially in Thin Line Prints. Speed is also much faster in a LP. Bulk Loads can be easily done in a LP.
But, Yes colour prints are this one's plus point & I also gone for this one is bacause I wanted a change in my old setup.
