I was working in Entraine - Bangalore for the past 4 months ( the oldest employee here is about 7 months) . They deduct salary for every small thing for example for walking in late by a minute 30 minutes before the business opens. They deduct salary for a day if you fall sick and is away from office.
The place where they are truly swindlers is that they pay you salary on the 30th of every month but its only from the 15th of last month to the 15th of the current month, so if you quit before the salary you loose a lot and if you quit after the salary, you still loose as you dont get paid for the days worked after the 15th. They give you incentives for business got but you get paid for it after 2 or 3 months. They hope you will quit by then. Give them good business and they will force you to quit by harassing you to save the incentives. Hence you will not find employees over 7 or 8 months old here. They get new unsuspecting candidates almost everyday as Bangalore is a place where people always look for jobs.
Politics , divide and rule is the motto here. Harassment is the greeting of the day here.
They call customers overseas for Entrain and lie that they call from UK. They even have the UK number on the webpage. Call them and don't be surprised to hear them say that they speak from the UK in an Indian accent.
I would say speak to employees offline before joining this company. You will know the truth about this company. You could write books on the negative business standards here.
