I recently had a bad experience of Fake Interviews with the company Encora Technologies in Bangalore.Seems they got some government project related to Insurance, for which the Project Managers in this company are not experienced in the same Process.So they told HR to arrange Interviews , saying that, they have some requirement for the Process oriented Role.I am the victim who caught in the hands of these people and they were continued to extract information nearly for 4 hrs related to the process.they were keen on asking questions only on the Process and implementation instead of the Interview purpose because they told they came from different background.
I realised the fact that, this was a fake interview created to extract the information from the Victims of the Interview schedules, Instead of recruiting them. So guys, beware of the Encora Technologies, situated in Residency Road Bangalore..!!
