It's a nightmare dealing with any government department but EPFO takes the top slot in it's unfriendly and obstructive approach.
My wife retired and applied online for a final withdrawal since June 2020. 7 times the claim has got rejected. First they said pdf not downloadable, then cheque not visible then passbook not stamped, now confirmation not received from employer.
Tried whatsapp helpline, grievance redressal employees feedback email. Nothing has worked.
I curse the staff for being so callous about the hard earned money of the employees and wish fate gives it back to them when they are at the receiving end.
