Emirates Airlines really made one of my worst nightmares come true. This is something I can never get over. I lost my luggage which contained many important things and some of them were costed a lot of money.
I was a frequent flier with Emirates Airlines.
This wasn't even the last thing I had expected. I had been fighting with them about my luggage for a few years. I was for obvious reasons frantic and hurried to contact the Emirates Airlines’ staff for help. They had nothing to say and couldn't provide me with any service. Not even an answer. I was abashed by the representatives I contacted each time. It has been a while and there has been no result.
I was later notified that they were closing my complaint and offered me neither compensation nor an apology.
I have no idea what can I do against this now. It is hard for me to let them off the hook without my bags and after enduring such bad behavior. Can anyone help me?
Do you know anyone who can help without being rude and pathetic?
