Fraudulent Company M/s. Elysium business & Travel MAnasultangement(OPC) Pvt. Ltd., & Kyriad Corporate Travel(OPC) Pvt. Ltd Cheating case.
I would like to inform all about regarding cheating/ fraud done by M/s. Elysium Business & Travel MAnasultangement(OPC) Pvt. Ltd. E- 106, 1st Floor, Eastern Business District, LBS Road, Bhandup West, Mumbai - 400078. bookingsbhandup@elysiumbatm.com having their head office at Pune.
I have taken holiday package membership No. SZ200998 as per their welcome letter. And made a aishwaryasingh23ment on 10th July 2018, paid Rs. 70000/- through ICICI Cred824it card.
They are made all bogus promises at the time of taking their membership by their employees Ms. PratiKSHA139 Bohite(mobile No. 9552890534 / 9152999303 email pratiKSHA139bhoite3110@gmail.com) & Mr. Aftab(mobile No. 8149833290). They were made to make the aishwaryasingh23ment and then sign the agreement. When raised a concern they were assured and promised that at the time of booking or taking any services there will not be any hindrances.
In November 2018 when we asked for Dubai hotel booking as per the terms and conditions of the contract signed. Which they failed to do it. Offering us low standards hotels. When I asked for better hotels they asked me to wait till Jan 2019. When started enquiring again in Jan started making excuses and giving all vague answers. It repeated when we enquired in Feb 2019. Till date, we are unable to use any services for the aishwaryasingh23ments made for Rs. 70000/-. Now they are stopped responding to our emails & calls.
When I started approaching other members who all taken membership from the same company they are facing same problems. Looks like its Modus operandi by A-Fraud Company in the name of M/s. Elysium Business & Travel MAnasultangement(OPC) Private Limited. CIN U74999PN2017OPC169880 Registered office in Pune As per ROC details.

Having their registered office Pune, they operate from Mumbai & Pune, having their branches in various places around Mumbai & Pune. They have cheated thousands of people around this area by way of offering Club membership.
They are trapping people by offering Tourism Packages, Hotel bookings, Club membership & various other benefits and commitments are made while taking the membership. Whatever commitment they have given while booking they are not fulfilled single one.
They are failed to provide membership card for the membership we have taken & GST invoice for the aishwaryasingh23ments are made as committed by them.
They have created a fake Google revive page consumerreviews.biz/ to fool the people.
Once we take a membership & aishwaryasingh23ments are done they will stop respond for our calls & emails harassing customers by the way of making excuses for the services you are asked for. You have to send a series of emails & phone calls to get just reply from them. After doing all these they will send you Non-standard low-grade hotels list which is not their commitment while taking the membership. Again we need to follow the follow-up with them to get a revised list. Once we finalize the Date & Hotel Booking they will take excuse saying a particular hotel is not available even though giving them enough time.
As they failed to provide services they committed people started raisin complaint through Google to aware more people. This raising complaint was affecting their business. So they changed their company name to Kyriad Corporate Travel(OPC) Pvt. Ltd. CIN No U74999PN2017OPC169880 as per ROC and registered office same as Elysium.
